Interview: Natalie Sellars, Kindred Toxin Free Facials
Fact: everyone loves a facial. Fact: many beauty products are so loaded with chemical nasties that are going mess with you. That's why Natalie Sellars decided to open Kindred Toxin Free Facials – and we are total converts. If her awesome massages and no-nonsense advice wasn't enough, she's also an amazing person and one of our fave biz ladies.
We asked her a few nosy questions about her business, lifestyle and funny accent...

My city has the best… WEATHER!
The next place I want to go is… Hawaii.
I’m dying to… go off the grid.
As an entrepreneur, it’s important to know… listen to your gut and do not compare. BE BRAVE.
My business went to the next level when I… decided to go against everything I had done for 15 years.
The hardest part of running my own business is… balance (in all areas!)
I am good at what I do because… I live it. 100% integrity. Always.
I am completely bored of hearing… self-deprecation. B O R I N G!
I see the most exciting scope for innovation within my industry as… combining crystal essences with potent plant oils to create unique high vibrational products.
My Plan B was to… work with my fiancé on our other business, Urban Wood Creations. But I studied to be a social worker.
I celebrate my victories by… buying precious self love gifts (YCL Jewels, essential oils, Kahuna massage, the fifth element).
On weekends I… go to the markets, yoga, infrared sauna, make incredible food and spend time with the people who matter most. Sometimes I drink rosé in the sun and watch movies all night. I try to keep as balanced as possible and ask myself what I need from my down time.
My dream panel of mentors includes… I would attack it from all angles. Danielle La Porte, Robert T Kiyosaki, Lisa Messenger, QUEEN B, Wayne Dyer… the list goes on. One of my favourite people to talk to here in Brisbane is Tiarne Vidler. How lucky are we to have her here?
