Mishkah is a fashion retailer with an e-commerce and bricks-and-mortar presence. They approached Deane & Co wanting to educate their team on all things digital marketing. They’d done all the leg work to build an online presence, but wanted to bring more structure, and less trial-and-error to their online marketing approach.
We worked with Mishkah to develop user personas, to help everyone in the marketing team better understand their ideal customer, and who they were communicating with, every time they posted something to social media or distributed an EDM. This was then used to create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, incorporating a social media marketing plan, online advertising plan, and marketing calendar to better capitalise on their sales cycle.
We acted as a stand-in Marketing Director, offering a sounding board for ideas and structure for growth.
